Hays LAS, assisting Creo Design, created a Parking Deck Expansion and linked streetscapes design at the University of Akron. The streetscape and intersection design included circulation analysis to manage heavy pedestrian, vehicular and bicycle traffic associated with adjacent student dorms and businesses. The streetscape reflects the proposed street level retail with outdoor seating, movable planters and fencing.
